Our Method
Here at eFi, we pride ourselves on transparency, flexibility and speed as we focus on building strong, long-lasting relationships with our ISOs. Every offer we send to our ISO’s is fully underwritten prior, which has led us to funding 92% of the files we receive signed contracts from.
Unlike many other funders, we do not stifle business by sticking to strict, black & white, traditional underwriting guidelines for all companies we receive submissions from. Each submission is analyzed on an individual basis in order to identify the specific needs of that business, and how we can help facilitate those needs. Anytime we need to communicate directly with the merchant, we always keep our ISO's in the loop, as we believe the relationship the ISO establishes with the merchant is extremely valuable. We do everything we can to help build and maintain that relationship.
Our goal at eFinancial Tree is to become an industry leader, while helping to change the public perception of an industry widely mischaracterized by the actions of a few players in the space. In 2021, we plan to launch a quarterly learning program to increase transparency, awareness, and understanding of the Alternative Lending industry for Minority-Owned Businesses. We’re in the process of gathering industry leaders to head, please contact us to get involved.
